"Michelle completed a detailed cost comparison report using the Town of Barrhead's existing mobility invoice with Telus. Utilizing her industry knowledge and familiarity with the RMA programs, she proposed a blended solution of both Telus and Bell programs for the Town that ensured cost savings from day one. This unique approach of utilizing multiple carrier plans available through our RMA membership also included a continued action plan from her to migrate devices as their contract terms naturally expired to ensure there were no penalties incurred by the Town and to ensure the savings for the Town's bottom line could continue to grow. Michelle and the 8760 team have worked with the Town over the course of multiple years to shift the Town's phone numbers between RMA offerings to ensure maximum savings and benefit.
