Steve has extensive business experience having been a partner at a national accounting firm and brings a wealth of knowledge with respect to strategic planning and corporate growth initiatives. As CEO, he is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the company ensuring both our people and clients are at the forefront of any decision.

Armed with 36 years of sales, marketing and business experience along with a deep understanding in all 3 lines of business, Seb brings a can-do attitude to everything he does. He leads the sales team and marketing initiatives and maintains a keen focus for ensuring the entire organization delivers on our brand promise: We win when our clients win.

With 30 years of energy industry experience combined with a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, Trevor works closely with our energy experts to provide deep insights and strategy direction to help clients optimize and contain their energy expenses. A self-professed energy and news junkie, Trevor stays abreast of changing market conditions and uses this to help our staff and clients stay on top of important changes in the industry.

Joshua brings extensive sales experience, professionalism and a deep understanding of energy markets to his client conversations. He works to understand what is truly important to his clients and then works tirelessly to deliver solutions that will help them achieve their expense management goals. Clients are in good hands when dealing with Joshua.

Suzanne has an infectious smile, an abundance of energy and deep understanding of the credit card processing industry and energy markets. Her goal is deliver outstanding client service and to make good on her promise that her clients’ expense management needs for both credit card processing and energy will be well taken care of under her watch.

Jared has extensive experience in various areas of 8760’s energy business and he brings a well-rounded perspective that enables him to provide helpful insights on all aspects of a client’s energy management needs. His professional approach and a focus on helping clients succeed enables Jared to build long lasting relationships.

Nicole brings a passion for sales and a passion for client relationships to her focus at 8760. Having spent many years in sales coupled with a solid understanding of energy markets, Nicole looks to build long lasting relationships by providing outstanding service and solutions that will help the client achieve their financial management goals.

Prior to her current role in Sales, Belinda spent several years “behind the curtain” managing the energy administration team. She understands the importance of getting things right and her focus is to deliver a high level of client service and support along with her energy expertise and insights – all geared to helping clients better manage their energy costs.

Shaunalee has many years of sales experience and spent several years building relationships in the HVAC industry. Confident, client focused and always looking for ways to help clients achieve their goals, Shaunalee’s professionalism and friendly demeanor scores her high marks with her clients.

After many years working in senior leadership roles within the oil and gas industry, Matt has joined the 8760 team and is working to show his network of loyal contacts the ins and outs of effective energy management and how we can help them optimize their utility expenses. Matt’s positive energy and optimistic demeanor makes it easy to understand why his clients trust and respect his guidance.

Jesse is a long-time member of the 8760 support team. His deep understanding of the energy and cellular worlds along with his friendly and professional approach to client service makes for very positive and informative conversations with our clients. Jesse is the go to person for many clients and they have confidence that he will help them understand or resolve any situation they bring forward. He helps make the complex simple.

As a key member of the cellular team, Michelle’s insight and knowledge of the various nuances of the different cellular carriers enables her to clearly identify opportunities for our clients to save on their cellular phone expenses. Her friendly approach and high level of integrity is appreciated by our clients as her goal is to deliver a first-class buying experience.

A long-time member of the 8760 Finance Team, Tyler leads our team of internal data experts to provide our sales team and our clients a variety of analytical/statistical information to help understand and manage energy expenses. From developing budgets, providing market analysis, assessing forward pricing trends or helping to secure pricing from our Retailer partners, Tyler and his team serve a very valuable role for clients and our staff in general.

Joe has become the internal data expert with respect to distribution and transmission reviews. His deep knowledge of how this complex part of the client billing works, enables him to identify opportunities for clients to save on the delivery charge part of the energy bill. His friendly approach with clients and his ability to make the complex seem simple allows for an informative and valued interaction every time.

Our resident mechanical engineer has a passion for energy efficiency and helping clients find ways to reduce their consumption. He is informed, well read and a master of technology and he uses these skills to conduct deep dives into clients’ energy data so he can unlock saving/reduction opportunities which creates a positive financial outcome for clients along with a favorable impact on the environment.

As the Energy Operations Manager, Helene and her team are responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties which are all designed to provide quality support and service to our clients. From billing errors, to site adds and drops, contracting new procurement with Retailers and managing our tender process, Helene and her team go the extra mile to cover the important details for our clients. They make the complex simple.

After nearly 10 years of service with 8760, there is little Miranda doesn’t know from an administrative perspective. Interacting with our clients, our Retailer partners, and the utility service providers, Miranda is an expert at helping to navigate the complex world of paper and process that is required to get many of the administrative processes completed. Clients are always pleased when dealing with Miranda because she knows how to get things done.

Shannon is an important part of the Administration Team who helps manage the paper and the processes that are required to support the energy services that 8760 provides to our clients. She handles load release forms, data requests from the utility service providers, site adds and drops, and the paperwork needed to procure energy contracts. She is there to help make it easy and efficient for our clients.

With many years of operational experience already in the bank, Aimee is well equipped to manage the tender and procurement process for our clients at 8760. Issuing an RFP requires a high degree of organization and accuracy to ensure a smooth process for our clients and our Retailer partners who bid on the business. It is one of those behind-the-scenes activities that is critical to success but is not viewed directly by our clients.

Liam is an intern working in our Finance and Analytics team as part of his practical experience while completing his degree at the University of Alberta. He helps the Finance team provide the various financial reports, data insights and market intel that is valued by our sales team and clients alike.

With over 20 years of credit card processing expertise, there is little that Dale does not know about the credit card industry and payment processing. He provides operational support and know how to our sales team and interacts directly with clients to help them select the best product solution for their payment environment. He truly does make the complex simple.

Another dedicated and knowledgeable member of the 8760 team, Carly’s role is to provide excellent technical support to our credit card processing clients. Whether it is investigating a billing issue, troubleshooting terminal problems, or helping clients access and understand their processing reports – you name it, and Carly likely has the knowledge to help answer the question.

Stevie is our operations expert who is in charge of invoicing, managing billing account information, making cell phone plan changes and providing client support for everything cellular. Anything you need or want to know about “behind the scenes” activities, Stevie is your go to person.

Jason brings more than two decades of IT and system development experience to the team. Having worked on projects involving industrial automation, government backed P3 development initiatives, and global enterprise-level CLM applications, he has a wealth of experience and expertise to contribute. Jason manages the IT department and development team and assists in developing and supporting our system platforms across 8760.

Steven has contributed to the development, support, and optimization of technology at 8760 since 2010. He has designed and built in-house contract management and CRM systems, a cellular billing engine, dynamic payment processing calculator, and more. Steven is currently spearheading the use of machine learning algorithms to verify data integrity, helping to ensure that 8760 can provide the best support for all of our clients now and into the future.
